Here is a super duper quick and easy recipe for chocolate ganache. All it takes is two ingredients. I have never made it and I somehow succeeded. I even made it in the microwave (we still don’t have a stove). Let’s get into it!
All you need is heavy whipping cream and chocolate chips.
Put heavy whipping cream in a pot or microwave safe dish and let simmer. Once it starts to simmer, add the chocolate chips and mix thoroughly. The chocolate will combine and the mixture will thicken. Let sit for 5 minutes and it will thicken even more.
That’s it. I know. Literally so easy and you can use this for so many things. I had sooooo much left over so I will probably dip cookies in it and incorporate it into future desserts.

1 12 oz. bag Chocolate Chips
