4 INGREDIENT PAPRIKA FRENCH FRIES

Hello everyone! Today I am posting two posts (how special!). This one and then a sweet potato french fry recipe. If you want to check out the sweet potato one click here. This recipe is a really simple baked fry recipe but with a tiny kick (really nothing crazy, I swear). 

Paprika French Fries

2 Russet Potatoes 1 tsp. Paprika Sea Salt for taste 1 tbs. Olive Oil

Your basic ingredients! 


Soak the pieces in water to get the extra starch out. This helps them crisp up faster.




Take them out of the oven and boom! They are ready to serve with some ketchup, mustard or whatever you like dipping your fries in.

That’s it! I know! You can serve them right away or save them in the fridge/ freezer. It isn’t too difficult to make your own fries from home. You can even make them in advance and save them for dinner during the week! They are also a little healthier than the ones from the freezer section because they are fresher. (not saying anything is wrong with those cause your girl can get down with those too lol). I hope you guys found both of these recipes helpful! Try them out and let me know how it goes😋

Paprika French Fries

Servings 2 people

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Russet Potatoes

  • 1 tsp. Paprika

  • Sea Salt for taste

  • 1 tbs. olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F.

  2. Line a baking sheet with foil.

  3. Peel and cut your potato into french fry pieces. The key is to make them small enough to get crispy on the outside but easily cook through on the inside. I cut mine about a 1/2 inch thick or so.

  4. Soak the pieces in water to get the extra starch out. This helps them crisp up faster.

  5. Then toss them in the olive oil, paprika and sea salt. You can do this on the baking sheet.

  6. Pop them in the oven on the middle rack for 20 minutes.

  7. For another 15-20 minutes place them on the top rack to get crispy.

  8. That's it! I know! You can serve right away or save them in the fridge/ freezer.
