CRISPY BAKED SWEET POTATO BITES

These are honestly one of my favorite additions to any meal! They are super easy to make and full of flavor đŸ€€Seriously throw it all onto a baking sheet and wait. Couldn’t be any easier.

I love making these at the beginning of the week and adding them to any dish for that extra kick. They pair with basically everything.

Let’s get right into the recipe!

ingredients

1 large sweet potato (white)

2 tbs olive oil

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

1 tsp ancho chili pepper

1 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1 and 1/2 tsp red chili flakes





  • First preheat your oven to 450 degrees F.

  • Peel and chop your sweet potato into bite-size pieces. (Truly as big or small as you want).

  • Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.

  • Toss the potatoes in all the spices and olive oil until everything is evenly coated.



  • Bake for about 20 minutes or until soft inside and crispy on the outside.



  • Let cool a little and enjoy!

  • On the left I put them in a salad and on the right I ate them under a fried egg.
