VEGAN CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

Well howdyyyy, it’s been a hot minute since I have posted a thing. Not gonna lie, Glow Getter Collective has really been taking off and keeping me busy.

If you don’t know Glow Getter Collective is my social media consulting company. So like hit my DM’s or email if you need any social media services!

Any who, my business partner, Mel, and her girlfriend, Logan, are vegans. I honestly love coming to their place and trying the foods they make on the regular, always so bomb. One of my most recent posts was the Joshua Weissman cookies and they were by far my favorite cookie recipe. Logan was trying to get me to make some vegan ones and this was what I put together!

Let’s get into it!

vegan chocolate chip cookies

1/4 cup oat milk

1 cup vegan butter

2 tsp baking soda

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup chocolate chips, dairy free really however many you want

2 and 1/4 cups all purpose flour

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

First things first you want to preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Let your butter reach room temperature and combine with both sugars with a hand mixer.

Combine your dry ingredients in a separate bowl and slowly add them to the butter mixture.

At this point it should be a dough consistency. Add in your chocolate chips by hand.

I recommend keeping the dough in the fridge for a couple of hours so its easier to work with.

Roll the dough into your desired size and bake for about 10 minutes.

Tadaaaaa now let cool before devouring them!!!

Highly recommend and people won’t miss a thing about regular cookies. The recipe itself isn’t really allll that different. I’m thinking of trying some othr alternatives as well.

Please let me know any other recipes or blog posts you would love to see from me.
