Looking to change up your lunch to something a little tastier? This super easy recipe takes no time at all! You can add whatever you have in your fridge already. I luckily already had all these ingredients on hand and decided to make something special. You can totally make this a vegetarian panini too! 

Easy Grilled Chicken Panini Sandwich at Home

Sourdough Bread of your choice Lunch Meat/ Chicken Bacon Cheese Basil Mushroom Butter

Other topping options: Chipotle Mayo, Ham, Turkey, Jalapenos, Cream Cheese, Barbeque Sauce. etc.




Cook until golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Grilled Chicken Panini Sandwich

INGREDIENTS

  • Sourdough Bread of your choice

  • Lunch Meat/ Chicken

  • Bacon

  • Cheese

  • Basil

  • Mushroom

  • Butter

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Heat up your panini press or pan on the stove.

  2. Butter your bread and add one slice to the hot pan and let it brown. While it's browning, add all your toppings. I recommend putting cheese first and last to glue all the ingredients together.

  3. If you are making this on a pan add the slice of bread on top and flip it over. If you are using a panini press, add the slice of bread and close the press.

  4. Cook until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
