It is finally my 20th birthday! I decided to make a blog post for my birthday with my favorite salsa ever. My mom always made it in the summer time and as a kid I barely ate salsa, except this one. I was a wimp when it came to trying new food and different things. As I have grown up I have learned to appreciate the food and culture in different places. I love the mango bits that sweeten up the salsa. It reminds me of summer and so I thought it would be the perfect recipe to pull out for my birthday. It is so easy and quick I decided to make it for the beach bonfire later today!
Start with cubing mango into pieces about this size or smaller.
Next dice the tomatoes.
Combine the mango and tomatoes.
Add salt and lemon juice. Mix all together.
Lastly, add in the cilantro and mix in.
That’s it! Could there be a more effortless recipe for salsa.
