Delicious Twice Baked Potato Skins
Happy New Year!!✨It is officially 2018. I decided to post a recipe today because who wouldn’t want to start the new year with food?! These are classic potato skins and super delicious, let’s get into it.😁
So first, you need potatoes, olive oil, salt and pepper, and the toppings of your choice. First, slice your potatoes into small rounds.
Grab a baking sheet and line it with aluminum foil. Next spread a thin layer of olive oil across the sheet.
Lay your potatoes on the sheet and spread olive oil over the potatoes with a brush. Add some salt and pepper.
Bake the rounds at 350 degrees F for 30-40 minutes. Basically, until they are golden and baked through.
I used cheese and bacon to top them but the options are endless.
Add a good amount of cheese on top of each to get them gooey.
Then add the bacon and put them back in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
Done! This recipe is so easy and of course delicious. I made this recipe with a cilantro lime crema as a dipping sauce. That post will be going up soon too.
