KRISTIN MADE BLUEBERRY CLOUD CAKE


I was feeling inspired to bake last weekend and I got some recommendations from some of you guys on IG! My friend Julianna suggested I try a Kristin Made recipe and I immediately remembered I have been wanting to try one.


I went with the blueberry cloud cake because it looked so good 😭


This is basically my review of the recipe and an excuse to make something *spoiler super yummy ahah.


INGREDIENTS

- 2 cups All Purpose Flour

- 1 tbs. Baking Powder

- 1 tsp. Salt

- 2 sticks Butter, softened

- ¾ cup Brown Sugar

- ½ cup Granulated Sugar

- 3 Eggs, large

- 1 cup Whole Milk*

- 1 ½ cups Blueberries


* I used 2%, and still turned out great


Toppings

- ½ cup Fresh Blueberries

- ⅓ cup Granulated Sugar

- ½ tsp Ground Cinnamon


INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Grease and line your baking pan.

  3. In a bowl whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

  4. With an electric mixer, beat the butter and sugars until fluffy. then add one egg at a time.

  5. Add the flour mixture slowly and once combined add the milk.

  6. In a small bowl toss the blueberries in one tsp of flour.

  7. Fold the blueberries in gently and pour the batter into your baking pan.

  8. Scatter a few blueberries along the top.

  9. Mix the cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle across the top.

  10. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

This recipe was super easy! I even made it with my niece and nephew and they were able to do a lot of it (they’re only 5 and 6 haha). It was a crowd-pleaser and everyone liked it. It’s perfect for quick mornings or late-night cravings.

I 100% recommend everyone tries it! It’s light, moist, flavorful, and filling.
