KRISTIN MADE BLUEBERRY CLOUD CAKE

I was feeling inspired to bake last weekend and I got some recommendations from some of you guys on IG! My friend Julianna suggested I try a Kristin Made recipe and I immediately remembered I have been wanting to try one.

I went with the blueberry cloud cake because it looked so good 😭

This is basically my review of the recipe and an excuse to make something *spoiler super yummy ahah.

ingredients

2 cups flour

1 tbs baking powder

1 tsp salt

2 sticks softened butter

3/4 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup granulated sugar

3 large eggs

1 cup whole milk

1 and 1/2 cup blueberries

toppings

1/2 cup fresh blueberries

1/3 cup granulated sugar

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Before you even start, you want to preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.

Grease and line your baking pan.

In a bowl whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

With an electric mixer, beat the butter and sugars until fluffy.

Then add one egg at a time and mix until combined.

Add the flour mixture slowly and once combined add the milk.

In a small bowl toss the blueberries in one tsp of flour.

Fold the blueberries in gently and pour the batter into your baking pan.

Scatter a few blueberries along the top.

Mix the cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle across the top.

Bake for 35 to 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

This recipe was super easy! I even made it with my niece and nephew and they were able to do a lot of it (they’re only 5 and 6 haha). It was a crowd-pleaser and everyone liked it. It’s perfect for quick mornings or late-night cravings.

100% recommend everyone tries it! It’s light, moist, flavorful and filling.
